Glitch is a well-known house and techno festival that will open its doors for the fourth edition in 2019. Offering six stages of different DJ’s, music, and atmospheres, it appeals to many different music lovers. Glitch events differ from secret cave raves to rooftop pool parties and the festival will end with a crazy boat party finale. Summer Daze Malta
Summer Daze is a relatively new festival that will bring you world-class artists from all over the world. Its first edition in 2018 was organized by a collaboration of Creamfields, BBC Radio 1’s dance stage, and Visit Malta.
Last year, big names such as Martin Garrix and Rita Ora joined the festival for main stage performances. The line up for this year has not been announced yet, but we will be sure to keep checking for updates as big names are expected to turn up! Register for updates and the lastest new on their website.

Where: Ta’Qali National Park
This is a festival for all you do-gooders out there, as it’s completely non-profit. The Bubble focuses on supporting the environment and bringing people together. They describe the week-long festival as a way to get out of your own bubble and celebrate life.
The Bubble takes place at Għajn Tuffieħa where the surrounding beaches will extract you from city-life and emerge you in “an atmosphere of learning, creativity, fun, relaxation, charity and sharing new ideas”.
Profits of the festival will be donated to several good causes. They maintain a transparent way of working their finances which you can check on their website!
Up until now, only early-bird tickets are available for this green festival. The ticket grants you admission to the camping site as well. Check out all news, info and get tickets on the Bubble website!

Farson’s Beer festival
It’s the perfect festival for each and every beer lover out there! It combines local music performances, a great ambiance, and obviously a wide variety of beers in one 10-day event. The Farson’s Beer Festival line-up is yet to be announced, but make sure to keep an eye out for this “craft-tastic” festival. It is organized by Farsons (duh), the company behind the Maltese beer Cisk. Past editions of the event have shown us that the festival’s organization is serious about improving its sustainable component. Apart from the wide variety of beers, the festival will have available, there’s also a lot of different types of food to choose from. Read more about the lineup, on their website.

Malta Jazz Festival
All of the jazz enthusiasts should most definitely take a look at this year’s variety of both local and international jazz artists that form Malta Jazz Festival’s line up. Starting on the 15th of July in the capital city Valletta, artists and performers will astonish music lovers with contemporary jazz performances.
Completely different from the more “common” music festivals, but nevertheless worth the visit. Emerge yourself in a, perhaps unacquainted, style of music and discover this new and diverse genre! Check out all available information about the festival on the Malta Jazz website!
