Waterbiscuit’s Chef de Cuisine Brady Dalli is delighted to invite you to a discovery of flavour and flair. The tailor made menu will be created exclusively for only ten individuals daily and throughout Chef Brady will be explaining the creative process that he and his team go through to make the refined cuisine. The 7 course menu is available for €69.00 per person. This menu can be also available with a wine pairing package available at an extra €20.00 per person.
